What if the deepest fulfillment comes from finding the truth of oneself and from the actual living of that 'knowingness'? Then all search for 'other' fullfillment may cease for it would be always already fulfilled as being one-beautiful-self…
Thank you Alex for sharing this & the so fulfilling re-source of the Great Talent Network… May we find fulfillment unimagined & unexperienced ever before :)
Deepest fullfillment begins with what Po Bronson speaks about. But where is the ultimate cutting/leading/bleeding edge?
THE GURU AND THE PANDIT
The Leading Edge of the Leading Edge
Andrew Cohen and Ken Wilber
Where is the evolution of consciousness and culture taking us? What is the furthest edge of development today? Andrew Cohen and Ken Wilber explore the qualities and potentials of a barely emerging set of higher structures in consciousness that are often referred to as “third tier.”
Agree with Cohen and Wilber.
AND:
The evolving realities in first tier and second tier always are forming the human humus . The spiral is a dynamic vortex which can confront with tough choices, hard realties and even merciless realties if each single trajectory in it isnt taken seriously.
So no ultimate fullfillement is anywhere. But an ongoing quest and the adventure of really establsihing higher states of consciousness in structures, spaces and stages.
Tkx Alex..) the”Verb” is just coming back from a meeting with one of Europes McKinsey Heads of organizational Learning. Jesus Christ!
The world of corporates and consultants is continent of its own. Even integral language or some innovative tenor is radically different from what is heard in circles, salons or communities. I cannot present hear details…but in the context of your Po Bronson post I would say we need to establish asap clusters and nexus of really wild, untamed and courageous projects that are shaped by free minded, non-conventional, determined and values oriented people. Including Mavericks as much as more structured and systematic ones.
Nowhere in the corporate work I have found a really exciting blog this year. Exception the Management Resilience Blog I posted about earlier. They are all so self concerned, frozen, hiding behind “clients-interests.” With hearts like black boxes. What a bliss such guys as Guy Kawasaki, Tom Peters, Tony Robbins et al you mentioned yourself here.
No one out there I could even imagine to survive and transform 26 years in Roben Island like Nelson Mandela. Or go to prison like Vaclav Havel and then re-emerge. Saw a TV report about Nelson Mandela yesterday. He joked, confessed his fasination of women, and dared saying joyfully politically incorect things. I could imagine himself having much fun in sex during his life. He had no problem of being described by some still today as terrorist. Easily I can imagine to do with him a secret military commando action behind the lines stil today. To sit in the sauna with him and laughing lots even about dirty jokes.
We all remember the time when sex was dirty and air was clean:) vice versa than today:):)
Period.
We need conscious business, effective as any other business. We need it ASAP. lets cos-shape it.
Thank you for profoundly and shamelessly sharing the secrets of true happiness.
Albert: Again, a splendid post! Let's start a secret project to find the truly wild and valuable thinkers, mavericks, and activists who express the values you speak of here, and let's sneak them into our posts, and follow them around, and report on them…:) Your post definitely brightens my day, even at this early hour, and I thank you!
You two are both VERBS and a joy to report and behold! Way to go world with Happiness and Integral Action such as these! Now my dreams would be more than lucid, more than visionary - deliciously fulfilling! Merci & Danke Shon avec joie! D a r i n a :)

Speaking in nouns…..its clear, as one Rabbi said:
God is a Verb…..)
Best,

Albert: Excellent notes and contribution to the thinking about all this. And YOU are a verb! One of my favorites, in fact…:)
