Lammas Low-Impact Houses

Posted on Feb 10th, 2007 by Happiness : Virtual Architect Happiness

Lammas is an organization that specializes in building low-impact housing, going as far as generating their own electricity and using rainwater and a local spring for their source of water. Some of the houses, like this one in Findhorn Ecovillage Scotland, are quite beautiful: Link

Wow this looks cool!
Like the coocy house from the Hans and Gretchen story.

Do you live here?
Hopefully I'll be living in a house like that once.

Maybe it is interesting for you to catch up with my friend John Ryan who is building an eathship in New Zealand. He is also here on Zaadz as atmanjohn.

love from Alain

Oh my god!!!!  Is that really, like, something that is purchasable?  That's totally, totally, TOTALLY sweet.  Hard to believe.  I want one too.  Ye gods, do I.

It looks just like a fairy tale.  :)    Put it next to a lake with a view and I could spend my days creating there happily.   Thanks for the share!
